-</underline> Dewax and bring to distilled water
- Stain in 5% Acid Fuchsin for 3 minutes
- Transfer slides to Aniline blue - orange G solution for 45 minutes
- Transfer slides to 95% Alcohol, 3 changes 1 minute each
- Dehydrate slides from 95% Alcohol, 3 changes absolute, 3 change
xylol
- Mount

</underline>Water soluble Aniline blue - 0.5g
Orange G - 2.0g
Phosphotungstic acid - 1.0g
Distilled water - 100mL

keratin - brilliant red
Stratified squamous epithelium - gray
stratum spinosum (prekeratin) - orange
connective tissue - blue
erythrocytes - red
