Hi all,
We have a researcher that has submitted Bovine ovarian cortex fixed
in formalin. He needs to see the oocyte inside the antral follicle.
Does anyone know the best way to process, cut and stain the follicle
to prevent shrikage and preserve the integrity of the follicles so
that the oocyte may be oserved? The tissue is fixed less than 12
hours. He has tried Zenkers and Bouins fixed tissue but has not been
successful yet. Any suggestons?
Thank you,
Kathy
