We are going to work with mouse samples. Before cutting the samples we will put fluorescence in the mouse skin. Can we cut the tissue and freeze it right away in liquid nitrogen without losing the fluorescence? I need to be sure that I will not lose the fluorescence. Is there any other method or is this method (that I mentioned) a good way of doing it? Thanks. Edna J. Gonzalez Histology Lab
