Hello Cindy;
We have been running FactorVIII for the last few years and use Protease XIV
@ 0.5
mg/ml in PBS with good results. Our antibody is purchased from Dako. I
would try
your usual protease method first as I suspect the stain is fairly robust,
most of the
Pepsin digestion pretreatments I have read about in the past also work just
fine
using other enzymatic protocols.
