Hello - I have a doctor who wants to do eNOS I, II, III on paraffin 
embedded tissues.  Have any of you done this IHC and can it be done on 
paraffin sections?  From whom did you get you primary Abs?  He wants to 
get primaries from Santa Cruz but they have been no technical help.  Also 
what type of secondary did you use (type of kit)?  We will have mega-
amounts of tissue to stain and we don't have a lot of time to make 
mistakes trying things out.  I would really appreciate any help you can
