Hello everybody,
we were wondering if anybody had some advise
on the following phenomenon: we have been using the toluidine blue stain on Epon
tissues for many years now, and lately some strange things have been
happening.
For some obscure reason the coloration of the
tissue seems to fade away lately upon covering the slides using Epon as mounting
medium. And this happens within half an hour. As
we haven't made any changes to our methodology, we have no idea what might be
the reason for this sudden change in results.
If anybody has suggestions, just let us
know!
