Hi David,

We use NeoMarker's MIC2-gp (CD99), catalog #MS-294, at 1:50 on Ventana
immunostainers for a 32" incubation.  Our pretreatment is 2" in Biocare's
DeCloaking chamber in either 1mM EDTA, pH 8 or 1mM Citric acid, pH 6. Our
controls are either Ewings sarcoma or desmoplastic small round cell tumors.

Hi out there
I am driven to distraction with the antibodies to CD99. Anyone recommend
a good reliable, background free , trouble free, nice and pleasing to
the eye antibody, that does exactly as it says on the tin. Ive tried
Dako, Monosan, Novacastra. All stomach churning after a hard day on the
immunobench.
