re:in situ
Hey all,
Can anyone help me? We currently do not do in situ, but I have talked to the lab manager and to the pathologists and they are willing to check it out and see if they want to do it. So they have given me permission to order some basic kits to fool around with so they can see what it is. I haven't done in situ before although I do immunos, I don't have much experience with probes and such. So I am looking for some suggestions on what would be good to start out with. Any ideas?
Thanks,
