Hi everyone- 
This is my first time writing to you, and my question isn't necessarily a
histology related one.  I do some histology work, but I also do protein
analysis and I was wondering if anyone out there has a protocol for
extracting proteins from the tissues of the eye.  I don't want to do
something like immunoprecipitation because I later want to do Westerns on
these proteins, so I don't want to use antibodies to isolate them.  I would
love to hear anyones suggestions.  Thanks.
