The only atlas I have been able to access  Histological Atlas of the
Laboratory Mounse by WD Gude, GE Cosgrove, and GP Hirsch. Plenum Press,
1982,  ISBN 0-306-40686-1.  Photos are not large, but adequate.  All organ
systems, including reproductive for both sexes.  

Also, go to this website and check out literature sources www.rodentia.com.
 They have tons of info, including literature, a fun internet cruise for
mouse and rat. There is a The Whole Mouse catalog, you might find a better
atlas.
