To Jim and all looking to do collagen staining on rabbit.  I have not done
this but I would not hesitate to try the mouse monoclonal collagen
antibodies for collagen from U of Iowa Hybridoma Bank on rabbit tissues.  I
have used these antibodies successfully on human, rat, sheep and kangraroo,
I bet they will work on rabbit.  Pepsin should be used for digestion, I do
not recommend HIER.  I would just try it instead of trying to find
antibodies specific against rabbit collagen.
