Hello Everyone!
I'm wondering if someone knows of a stain(s) that can be used to show
both
the nerve terminals and nerve branching on the same perfused eye muscle
tissue
samples or separately?

Has anyone used the Sihler Stain: a technique to study nerve branching
down to the
level of individual axons in tissue samples? I need to talk with you.
Any assistance anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated.
