Hey guys -
I've been using DAKO A0047 Rabbit anti Human Ki67 for human tumors in mice. DAKO has discontinued this primary, which really throws a monkey wrench into our research. They were using A0047 for a couple of years before I got here, and didn't know it had been discontinued until we tried to order it again. I don't have any left to do a crossover study, and the ZYMED RaH appears to stain 'differently' . Does anyone know of a poly RaH that will stain comparable to the A0047? I'm under pressure to find one, and hope that you all out there can help!!
