As said, the 1A4 clone of smooth muscle actin will work extremely well. You can find it in several companies including Sigma.

Hi everyone,

I have a researcher who is interested in doing IHC for Smooth Muscle Actin.  
Do you have any suggestions on which antibody works best for Veterinary 
tissue.  I believe she is interested primarily in performing it on feline 
and canine tissue.
