collagen fluorescence
From: | "Corazon D. Bucana" <bucana@audumla.mdacc.tmc.edu> |
Hi all,
I would appreciate any information on the availability of eriochrome black
T dye. I am trying to find a way to suppress fluorescence due to collagen
and I came across a reference that uses this dye as a counterstain so that
an immunofluorescence specimen viewed with FITC filters will show red
collagen fibers.
Also if anyone can suggest a way of suppressing fluorescence of collagen in
frozen sections I would appreciate it very much.
Thanks,
