Has anyone had false positive staining when using antibody retrieval prior to 
performing the LCA (CD45) stain?  We purchase ready to use LCA from DAKO 
Corp.  Cell membranes as well as some cytoplasmic staining occurred on a 
lymphoma section when we used antibody retrieval prior to staining with LCA.  
We repeated the LCA antibody staining without antibody retrieval, and the 
lymphoma was negative.  We use a steamer with Target Retrieval solution ready 
made from DAKO.  Any ideas?
