Hello everyone
my pathologist and I are in a discussion on what to use as a control for
CD-34(HPLA). I say tonsil works well to identify the endothelial cells. He
wants me to use spleen. I've tried several spleen cases, but I still like
the tonsil better. The staining in the tonsil seems stronger to me than it
does in the spleen. Am I off base with this? Time for a reality check I
guess.
