I've been working with E- and P-Selectins on mouse skin and spleen frozen
sections.
The results have been faint. Can anyone offer any tips or suggestions. 
The antibodies are Goat anti-mouse from Pharrmigen. Pharmigen tech
services have been no help at all. Thanks in advance for any help anyone
can offer.
