Dear all.
May I say " AMEN " I was short about 6 months of time to be allowed to
sit for HTL! I am a extremely capable histotech of 25 years........ was
a grad of a certificate program........ tech 3 years....asst. supervisor
then supervisor now 14 years as a single person in busy animal resourse
lab......I have been topped out salery wise for 5 years. If I had those
3 little initals I would be considerly richer. I remember the hurt I
felt when all the techs, good and bad (on the job trained)were allowed
to take the exam and I was`t!!!!!!! It has affected many aspects of my
life and as a widow it will affect me in my retirement. I hope the folks
who made this mess do not sleep well at night. Thanks for your time
