I believe Rowley biochemical sells the reagents for it as well as
Ayoub-shklar.

Try the Fraser-Lendrum stain for fibrin in the AFIP manual. It's easy
and the results are nice

Subject: [Histonet] stain for fibrin clots/adhaesives
dear all,
i'm trying to find a sufficiently working stain for fibrinclots and
fibrin
adhaesives.
i've some frustrating experience with ladewig's trichrome and
the msb-technique, both didn't stain this type of fibrin well. in both
cases
most of the fibrin remained blue (like collagen),
even a pure fibrinclot remained negative for fibrin.
does anybody have experience with this type of sample?
thanks!
Alexandra
