Shirley,
Qiagen has kits for FFPE tissue that I have used.  We have had good
results with them.  I would recommend an overnight digestion step rather
than the 2-3 hours they recommend.  I have also used kits from Arcturus
(www.arctur.com) with LCM samples with good results (see Brian Petroff's
success story for our work).
