Start by using "subscribe" and "unsubscribe". Maybe if people just kept the=20
welcome message send when you "subscribe", they might remember the correct=20
way of "unsubscribing". But this seems to be a common problem in most
listservs, and it might be easier to find a cure for the commen cold than
solving de subscribe/unsubscribe problem in listservs.
