Cathy,
We are using Chemicon's antibody (cat# MAB805) (clones 20/11 and 2/6).
We pretreat in 0.01% Pronase at room temperature for 10 minutes. The
antibody is run at 1:500 and detected by Vector's Elite ABC technique.
It seems to be working nicely.
