Technical Troubleshooting and New Innovations
For IHC and In Situ

Biocare Medical will present technical aspects and troubleshooting for
primary antibodies and detection systems that will include both clinical
and research models. State-of-the-art applications for heat induced
epitope retrieval (HIER) methods will also be presented. Antibody
protocols such as CD15, CD30, ALK-1, CD23, CD5 cyclin D1, ER and PR,
etc., will be discussed.
Biocare Medical will also demonstrate new and innovative products and
equipment designed for immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization.
Equipment includes: an electric pressure cooker, the IQ Kinetic Slide
Stainer for immunohistochemistry and in situ methods, and a slide dryer.
Products include the MM Biotinylation Kit for monoclonal antibodies,
Assure TechnologyTM and new antibodies.
When: Saturday, 13th of March
Time: 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Place: Boundary Oaks Golf Course, Walnut Creek, California
Price: $30.00 per person (lunch included).
