ok a fairly simple question. we are using small gold prbes for localization 
in vibratome sections. and then silver intensifing them. the problem is we 
want to use them for EM. after we have OsO4 treated the tissue and embedded 
and cut we find a loss of some (part o)f the silver. is there a way to 
prevent this.
