Has anyone heard of basic blue 141?

It is mentioned in an article in Histotechnic & Biochemistry in 1993 "Rapid 
identification of T helper and T cytotoxic/supressor lymphocytes with an 
oxazine dye" 68:247

Has it got a synonym? I can't find it anywhere.
Any help would be appreciated.
