Hi Diana
We are using Dako's CK19, clone RCK108, Cat# M0888. Working conc. is 0.8 ug
Ig/ml (corresponds to a dilution of approx. 1:50, depending on lot).
Pretreatment is with trypsin, alternatively you can also do HIER with
citrate buffer. Gives a very strong staining of e.g. bile ducts.
