Ann,
I just got this antibody working in my lab.   I use the EDTA at 8.0 in a
steamer for 45 minutes, cool to room temperature.   I use a DAKO
autostainer.   The dilution I used was 1:25 and incubated for 30 minutes.
I have the phone number of the guy who originally worked with this antibody.
If you want to call him let me know.   Hope this helps.    (by the way, he
uses a microwave for his AR)
