Olga,
we use BCL-2 from Dako. We use the DAKO LSAB2 kit with a 30 minute
incubation in the primary, link, and label. DAB for 5 minutes. We HIER for
20 minutes with DAKO"S target Retrieval solution. We were able to get a
1:25 dilution. Hope this helps.
