Dear Netters,
Did anyone had good luck(tricks?) in paraffing sections of Dog or Rat lymphoid
tissues for CD3, CD4, CD8, CD11b, CD45R and B-cells. Could you share some
information with me, re: antibody souce, fixative and antigen retrieval.
