To all of you involved in animal tissue processing I was wondering what you
have found to be the optimal time for fixation of rat testes in Bouin's
before transfer into 70% alcohol and subsequent transfer to the processor.
Also, do the majority of you archive excess tissue in alcohol or transfer
into Formalin?
