Jamie, It has been our experience that immunos work well with zinc formalin.
The zinc formalin fixes well, and has the ability to work like Bouin's with
routine staining. We have not noticed any difference in the staining of
immunos (method or finished product) from when we used to use 10% buffered
formalin.
