It depends on what you are doing with the sections. Silane coated slides
(plus slides) may be all you need to keep the brain (notoriously hard to
stick) sections on the slide, but if that doesn't work you could prepare
some glue coated slides ahead of time and use them to pick up the section,
they will stick, also the tape transfer system which uses polymer coated
slides will work well.

My fixed frozen rat brain sections all fell off the slides
when I tried to
stain them. I'd let them air dry for 2 mins.
Can someone please tell me how to stick those babies on
there? Longer
time in air perhaps?
