ki67
From: | Nancy.Walker@sanofi-synthelabo.com |
Depends what tissue (frozen/paraffin and mouse/man) your using!!!
For rat brain paraffin sections we used successfully used : Mouse
monoclonal antibody anti-human-Ki67 from (Novocastra) au 1/700 DAKO
envision (DAB) (ref : NCL-Ki67-MM1) with microwaving in normal citrate
buffer.
Rabbit anti-human-Ki-67 antigen from Dako and Monoclonal anti-human-Ki-67
from Boehringer/Roche didn't work.
I would suggest getting some small intestine tissue (duo, ileum, jejeunum)
as positive controls. You'll see the labelling only in the crypts of villi.
