    You forgot to mention one small fact about salary. com, you must first
pay $49.99 to get access to it. For me that's a little steep, and then to
find out they don't even have HT's and HTL's salaries.

It is a Federal law and applies to us all, however you can go on web sites
and find salary levels for your area such as salary.com, this is perfectly
legal.
