Re: HT/HTL
In our lab, we do only routine histology (no
immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, in situ
hybridization, electron microscopy, etc.) so all
histology positions here fall under the "technician"
classification. I am an HTL with a BS degree, but
since I do only routine histology in this position, I
am classified and paid in accordance with my
co-workers who are HT's with no college degree.
