We just purchased a recycler from CGB Biotech and they said to test xylene
by putting exactly 85ml in a graduated cylinder.  Check where the meniscus
is and add 15ml of water.  Meniscus moves=BAD.  Meniscus doesn't move=GOOD.
This is almost as scientific as the cloudy vs. not cloudy method. (joke)
