Elias stated that if the primary antibody was made in mouse or rabbit, trat
with ouse or rabbit acetone extracted liver powder solution 100 ug/ml TRIS
buffer before put on the primary or adsorbe the second layer serum with the
same liver powder solution.
Also, To reduce background with immunofluroscence, all antisera are
adsorbed three times with mouse/rbbit liver acetone powder.
