Hi Histonetters,
I am having a bit of trouble locating a dye to do a stain for
Eosinophils. The stain is Kass-Cooper-Choi method for Eosinophils
from Luna. It calls for a dye called Acid red 137 (possibly Alcian
Crocein), does anyone know if it has another name.
Also does anyone know of a good stain for parrafin section to
distinguish eosinophils from Mast cells
