clarification on fixed frozens storage

I think I may not have made myself clear.
What I need is:
Tissue is always snap frozen, fresh, NO PREFIXATION
Cryosectioned and then fixed with paraformaldehyde
After rinsing away the PFA, does anyone air dry the the PFA fixed sections,
and store in a -80C freezer.
I am able to do this without problems with acetone fixation, but am playing
with a PFA protocol. Would be nice to store up a few sections ahead.
