We use an e-cadherin antibody from Zymed, cat# ZS18-0233. We do HIER for
10 minutes in citrate in a microwave pressure cooker. I'm sure any
similar application of heat would do as well. This antibody very nicely
picks up normal breast glands, as well as ductal carcinomas, but not
lobular.
