Does anybody have a recommendation for a nNOS (bNOS, NOSI) antibody 
for staining, fixed, frozen-sectioned brain tissue (the nucleus of 
the solitary tract in rat, to be specific). We have been using the 
Santa-Cruz sc-648 rabbit polycolonal, (against the c-terminal end) 
with reasonable success.  However, it is not as sensitive as we would 
like for doing double labeling with immunofluorescence.
