Hi Paul, I am currently using c-fos(AB-2) from Oncogene Research
Products. The research is looking at circadian rhythms in mice and
its expression in the supra chiasmic nucleus(SCN).It appears to be
working very nicely on FFPE tissue with proteolytic digestion,
although I have yet to demonstrate this in the SCN (detects myelin
e.g. optic chiasma, corpus callosum, red nucleus).
You may be using it as a cell growth/tumour marker so a more
appropriate control may be required (breast or colonic adenoCa.)
If you require more information about the procedure/work/antibody,
then e-mail me direct.
Terry.
