Ladies and Gentlemen:

I have a Ventana NEXES with Special Stains Module and SLS Slide labeling
system which is currently on
a lease to own arrangement.  Approximately half of the lease has been
completed.

Due to shifts in patient referrals due to managed care changes, I am no
longer receiving sufficient material to justify
continued use of the instruments.  I am interested in someone assuming
the remainder of the lease.
