We have a Panasonic 600w microwave.
Buffers used are:
Vector pH 6.0
Dako ph 10
Biogenix pH 10
For all buffers we preheat buffer for 4-5 mins on medium,
on high for 2.5mins to bring Pressure cooker to pressure.
Then 5 mins on medium for retrieval step.
