Hi Carolyn,
I use Dako's ER Clone 1D5, code# M7047
I preheat in Dako's Target Retieval System(TRS) in a steamer for 30min,
then steam the slides in that TRS for 30min and cool down for 20 min
I use the antibody at a 1:10 dilution and incubate in it for 60 minutes.
I had lots of trouble getting it to work until I did it this way.
