Italian tradition notwithstanding, Carazzi's hematoxylin seems to be the
Hematoxylin du jour when it comes to counterstaining immuno's (At least
according to some of our pathologists). They become quite euphoric when
describing the beautiful sky-blue colour of the nuclei stained with it.
Anyway I thought I would give it a try. Thanks to everyone for the help. Tom
