Histonetters,

This may have been covered before but I need a refresher.  Is there a CPT-4 
code for recuts?  Also, on bone marrows collected by our hematology techs, 
we get an aspirate cellblock, and a Jamshidi bone biopsy, along with a 
peripheral smear, retic slide, and 5-6 stained marrow smears.  What would 
the correct CPT codes be for our marrows?
Thanks in advance for your help.  I have never had to deal with these codes 
before and it's very confusing..........
