Is anyone using CD25 (ours is from Novocastra) , and if so how is it working
for you? We have had some problems (using it on FFPE) . We are microwaving
it in citrate buffer pH 6.0 and staining with the envision kit. I was
gettingtoo much background with my usual link and label system, even at a
high titre.
