histonetters / Filemaker pro users.
Maybe we should get the FMPro people to share their experiences with that
database program. I've done a lot with it that other labs could use, such as
equipment inventory systems, chemical inventory and MSDS/NFPA data, slide
labeling programs, workload tracking, frozen section QA and Immuno
experiment tracking.

What is the chance that new software such as File Maker Pro be installed
for your numbering system? I am using 00 for the year 2000 and this is not
a problem with File Maker. Sure hope you find an easy solution and quickly
since we are already into 2000.
